Dear Ralph,

I write this sad, short memo with heart felt, deep feelings of regret.

The executive committee recently met behind closed doors. I am proof that they delegate their authority exceptionally well. Your my relative, a well known fact. After much deliberation and carefully worded consideration, they decided to replace you. It was the decision to replace you with a vacancy.

Respectfully yours,
