Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Sift together:
2 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Cream
1 c. Crisco or other shortening 2 c. sugar
Add to eggs, beat well. Blend dry ingredients into eggs and stir in:
Two cups quick cooking rolled oats 1 c. nut meats
1 1/2 c. raisins
Shape into balls, using one teaspoon for each. Place on ungreased baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
