Meet Balls

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef                                      1 egg, beaten

1/2 c. fine dry breadcrumbs                          1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1/2 c. milk                                                           Salt-and-pepper

Mix thoroughly. Form into balls. Brown on all sides. Combine one can cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup and 1/2 can water and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes
