Parmesan Fish


Parmesan Fish.

1 lb. fresh or frozen fish.                                     1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg                                                                               1 tsp. salt

2 Tbls. Milk                                                                  1/4 tsp. paprika

1/3 c. flour                                                                    1/3 c.breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs.

1/2 c. oil                                                                          1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine crumbs, cheese, and seasonings. Dip fish into flour; then dip into egg mixture, then in cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil, until fish flakes and is golden brown.
