3 lb. rolled roast 1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 tsp. salt 1 can beer
1 onion, sliced 1/4 c. chopped parsley optional
1 stalk celery, sliced
Place beef in casserole and season with salt. Cover with onion, celery and chili sauce. Add 1/4 c. water and roast uncovered in a 350° oven until brown. Pour beer over roast. Cover and bake at the same temperature for about three hours or until tender.
