Peanut Brittle
1/2 cup white syrup 1/2 tablespoon butter
1 cup white sugar 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup raw peanuts 1/8 teaspoon salt
Cook syrup, peanuts, sugar and salt in 2qt casserole on high for 7 1/2 minutes, stirring well after four minutes. Add butter and vanilla, stir well. Cook one minute on high. And soda. Stir until foamy. Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
