FISH BATTER
1 cup flour 1/2 teaspoons soda
1/4 cup cornstarch 3/4 cup cold water
1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix together, dip your fish pieces in the batter, then fry golden brown.
Tarter Sauce
1/4 cup dill pickle relish or sweet relish
1 cup mayo or salad dressings
1 Tbl spoon choppped onion
Salt and pepper to taste, mix
