You’ve been granted magical engineering skills, but you can only use them to build one gadget or machine. What do you build?

While I was using my magical engineering skills I suddenly realized that my one machine could be mass produced. Millions of these life saving machines can be shipped all over the globe. It is a real miracle, magical, marvel, machine!

This simple machine has pure drinking water coming out of one side, out of the the opposite side a steady stream of nourishing well balanced food product. There have been no allergies found in the water or in the food supply. These machines will run indefinitely. They can be powered by a hand crank generator, plugged into an a/c electrical source, they can run on AC or DC power or solar panels.

The magical engineering part is far beyond human comprehension because both the water and food products increase 100 fold as they continue through the machine. Creating an inexhaustible supply of food and water. This should help eliminate starvation and people dying from the lack of water.
